The following policies apply to all purchases made through our store.
The Third Boundary offers merchandise through two fulfillment methods:
Some items are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners and are made specifically for each order.
Some items are stocked and shipped directly by The Third Boundary.
The fulfillment method for each item is determined by the product listing.
Production typically takes 3-5 business days
Items ship once production is complete
Orders typically ship within 2 business days
Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or special releases.
Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout
Tracking information will be provided when available
Delivery times vary by location and carrier
The Third Boundary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Because print-on-demand items are made to order:
All sales are final
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
If there is an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
For items fulfilled directly by The Third Boundary:
Returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
